Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Specialist or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of labor and works council laws and HR best practices
  • Sound recruiting experience with knowledge of recruiting and employer branding trends
  • Good knowledge about payroll preparation and income tax and social contribution law
  • Very good communication skills and ability to build partnerships
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Teams, Sharepoint) and HRIS experience
  • Fluency in English and German

Deine Aufgaben

  • Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers
  • Advise employees on business and personal concerns
  • Plan and execute onboarding activities, including onboarding days
  • Create induction plans for new hires
  • Organize employee activities such as sports and social events
  • Plan local health initiatives in collaboration with health insurances
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees
  • Liaise with the Work Council as needed
  • Contribute to local and global HR initiatives and projects
  • Assist other roles within the HR team as required
  • Support the HR Manager in contract negotiations and document preparation
  • Prepare employment contracts, adjustment letters, and certifications
  • Collect personnel data before employee entry
  • Maintain HR databases in all systems, including SuccessFactors
  • Support global processes like Performance Review and Compensation Planning
  • Prepare and submit Works Council Hearings
  • Ensure accurate payroll data submission to payroll providers
  • Assist HR Managers during audits and ad-hoc reporting
  • Support data protection documentation and processes
  • Implement HR policies and identify process improvements
  • Initiate improvements to current HR processes
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Conduct interviews and serve as the main contact for hiring managers and candidates
  • Engage with talents at job fairs and on social media
  • Maintain the local Bourns Career page with updated content
  • Support global processes like Performance Review and Compensation Planning
  • Manage pension administration for employees
  • Assist with training initiatives and performance tracking
  • Maintain the training platform (Secova, SuccessFactors)
