**The Role**
We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy doer who’s ready to shake up how HR works. As our **HR Digitalisation & Automation Expert**, you’ll be the engine behind our digital transformation - turning ideas into action, and complexity into clarity.
You’ll monitor the tools' effectiveness, shape the processes, and bring automation and AI into the everyday. **Think less admin, more impact!**

* Lead HR digitalisation projects from whiteboard to go-live.
* Design smarter workflows and automation strategies that scale.
* Make sure everything runs smoothly, securely, and compliantly.

* Keep the backlog sharp and focused on what matters most.
* Balance ambition with feasibility - and always aim for impact.
**Automate and Elevate**
* Spot automation goldmines and bring them to life with RPA, low-code, or AI tools.
* Roll out smart solutions for screening, scheduling, self-service, and more.
* Work hand-in-hand with AI/ML inhouseb teams to reuse models and stay aligned.
* Keep it all compliant with the EU AI Act and internal standards.
