Anforderungen
- •Completed degree in Human Resources or commercial qualification with additional HR certification
- •Several years of experience in HR, ideally in international manufacturing
- •Solid knowledge of German labor law, works constitution law, and collective bargaining law
- •Experience working with works councils
- •Strong communication skills
- •Initiative and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- •Empathy and decision-making ability
- •Enjoyment of teamwork
- •Very good German and English skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP
