## Job Description
We are seeking a people-oriented and versatile **HR Business Partner** to join our HR team. This role is ideal for an HR generalist who thrives in a dynamic environment with a mix of operational responsibilities and strategic initiatives. Prior experience in an international setting is essential. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will ensure professional HR Management and you will help support our Regions and Country teams in their daily business, manage projects and drive meaningful initiatives based on country requirements and the Group strategy.
While the role is currently based in Amstetten, there may be the possibility for it to be based at one of our growing AT-PAC branches in the future, depending on business needs and candidate profile.
* Supporting in day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement.
* Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor laws in all processes, documentation, and procedures.
* Liaise with Country HR shared-service teams in various countries to align on processes and support the implementation of global and regional HR strategies for AT-PAC.
* Lead and support the execution of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with business needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes trust, open communication, and feedback in alignment with the company’s values.
* Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team collaboration, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
* Drive employee engagement efforts, including planning and analyzing annual engagement surveys and coordinating follow-up actions.
* Act as a key user for HR systems and tools such as SmartRecruiters, SAP, Peakon, and Workday.
## Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Proven HR experience in an international environment, with exposure to cross-border collaboration and multicultural teams.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; working knowledge of SAP is highly desirable. Interest in HR automation and emerging technologies such as AI is a plus.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
* Comfortable working in a matrix organization, with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cultural sensitivity.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while being an engaged and supportive team player.
