## HR Business Partner (80-100%) (m/f/d) ###### Permanent employee, Full or part-time ·Zug --- ##### Summary **Join our team in Zug, Switzerland: HR department wanted!** Join our team in Zug, Switzerland, and support our company in operating and expanding its commercial and retail activities throughout Europe. In the role of HR, you will play an important role and take responsibility for all HR processes, actively helping to shape them. ##### Your mission * Responsible for all operational and strategic HR topics according to the annual HR cycle for approx. 45 employees here in Zug * Act as sparring partner for senior leaders advising and supporting them on all relevant HR topics:  policies, procedures, legal requirements, salary negotiations, career development, etc… making sure this links into the group standards * A collaborative and accessible HR Business Partner to the rest of the employees based in Switzerland office * Integrate new global HR processes and join international HR project initiatives as HR representative of the JC New Retail, i.e. new leadership guidelines etc., according to the global HR strategy * Implement lean processes, guidelines and procedures for HR relevant topics: i.e. Onboarding including international transfers, performance and talent management in accordance with existing P&C group guidelines * Implement HR data management tool(s) and central policies/systems to allow for and ensure a data-based, transparent, cost sensitive and efficient decision-making process * Coordinate external partners like payroll or management consultants * Develop suitable coaching and training offerings for employees in accordance to the group approach, and working closely with the P&C Academy * Close Alignment with the CHRO P&C Group and the two operational legal entities in Germany and Austria ##### Your profile * Commercial education, ideally with a diploma of “Personalfachfrau mit eidg.
