# HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

**Position Title:** Regional Human Resources Business Partner
**Location:** Lüneburg (hybrid)
**Position Overview**
The Regional HR Business Partner supports cross-regional operations (~300+ employees) by delivering strategic HR services, partnering with leadership, and executing workforce initiatives. This role independently manages complex employee relations, labour issues, and HR programs across multiple sites.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Serve as the lead advisor on complex employee and labour relations matters, ensuring compliance and resolution through objective investigations.
* Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including performance management and change initiatives.
* Support employee development through career planning, internal mobility, and targeted retention efforts.
* Collaborate with HR functional experts to optimize and localize recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits programs.
* Guide and implement HR policies and procedures to improve workforce effectiveness and compliance.
* Analyze workforce data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support decision-making.
* Lead or contribute to regional HR projects impacting multiple business functions.
**Minimum Requirements**
* Minimum 4+ years of HR experience
* Strong knowledge of German labour law including experience with work councils and German national labour agreements (Tarifvertrag)
* Fluent in English and German language
* Proven experience handling complex employee relations and advising on labour issues.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
**Preferred Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Experience supporting multiple locations or unionized environments.
* Background in leading HR initiatives across cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of regional labour laws and HR compliance.
