Working Student (m/f/d) HR Business Partner Support

Your tasks

  • Support HR Processes: Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures throughout the entire employee lifecycle ​

  • Employee Relations: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns including the creation of reference letters, work contracts, and other documentation

  • Recruiting activities: Take over responsibility within the recruitment process, including creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews

  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee records our HR information systems and files

  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee engagement. Assist in organizing events and training sessions (e.g., company run, Women's Day, etc.)

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, psychology or similar

  • Eager to interact with internal stakeholders across our business units

  • Structured, reliable, and independent work style

  • Service minded, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team

  • Strong interest in HR and recruiting topics

  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite

  • Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile
