Working Student (m/f/d) HR Business Partner Support
Your tasks

Support HR Processes: Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures throughout the entire employee lifecycle

Employee Relations: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns including the creation of reference letters, work contracts, and other documentation

Recruiting activities: Take over responsibility within the recruitment process, including creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews

Data Management: Maintain and update employee records our HR information systems and files

HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee engagement. Assist in organizing events and training sessions (e.g., company run, Women's Day, etc.)
Your profile

Currently enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, psychology or similar

Eager to interact with internal stakeholders across our business units

Structured, reliable, and independent work style

Service minded, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team

Strong interest in HR and recruiting topics

Proficiency in the MS Office suite

Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile
