# HR Business Partner & Coordinator (m/f/d) * Arabellastraße 4, 81925, München, Deutschland * Jopestraße 4, 72072 Tübingen, Deutschland **About the role:** Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team ideally in Tübingen/Munich and are currently looking for a HR Business Partner & HR Coordinator (m/f/d) for BayWa r.e. Solar Trade Holding GmbH (= STH). STH is the holding company of the Solar Trade business within BayWa r.e. group, comprising 23 legal entities and over 1,400 employees. STH itself has more than 30 employees. ## And this is how you protect the world we live in * You will be the HR Coordinator for the global Solar Trade entities * You will be responsible for managing the recruitment activities across our German entities * You will act as the primary interface between corporate HR and local HR teams in our global subsidiaries, addressing strategic topics and promoting alignment across the organization globally * You will provide comprehensive HR consultation and support throughout the employee life cycle to smaller entities without HR teams across EMEA * You will establish and manage a global HR community within Solar Trade to facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and feedback collection * You will identify and prioritize global HR projects through the community, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives * You will manage the Rexx HR system in collaboration with a Rexx Systems Manager, customizing it to suit the specific needs of the global Solar Trade business * You will report to the Head of HR, Solar Trade EMEA ## Who we are looking forward to * About 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner in a global or multinational organization * You are capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving working environment, where you proactively shape the future of our HR processes.
