## Job Description

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all HR administration issues - from onboarding to offboarding. With your organizational skills, you will ensure smooth workflows and keep an eye on the most important processes at all times. You can expect a responsible role in a dynamic environment with varied challenges.
Your tasks:
* HR Administration from Onboarding to Offboarding
* Drawing up employment contracts, contract amendments, references, certificates and more
* Maintaining personnel files and managing master data
* Support with payroll accounting in close cooperation with the payroll service provider
* Applicant management: from initial contact to personnel selection
* Recording absence data, maintaining databases and compiling statistics
* Organization and administrative support for internal and external events
* Participation in exciting HR projects
The position is permanent.
## Qualifications
* Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in human resources management
* Professional experience in HR administration as well as good knowledge of labor and social security law; experience with IG Metall collective agreement and ERA is an advantage
* Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as a general affinity for IT; experience with Workday or another HR management system is a plus
* Flexibility, strong communication skills and team spirit paired with discretion
* Structured and independent way of working with the ability to maintain an overview even in turbulent times
