Job Description:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HR Works, Workday)
Time tracking
Prepare payroll for external payroll provider
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Support the onboarding and offboarding process
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
