Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- •Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in industrial or energy environments
- •Solid understanding of HSE regulations, standards, risk assessments, and incident analysis
- •Strong communication skills and training ability
- •Experience with HSE performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement tools
- •Ability to influence and drive behavioral change
- •Proactive mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- •Collaborative working style and cross-functional support
- •Fluency in French and English
