Anforderungen
- •Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
- •At least 10 years of professional experience in senior roles in IT and/or business transformation
- •Expertise in enterprise architecture, large-scale program management, cloud transformation, M&A, and value delivery
- •Strong strategic, technical, and organizational thinking skills
- •Excellent communication and influencing skills at C-level
- •Proven experience leading interdisciplinary and international teams within complex matrix organizations
- •Business-fluent English; German or another foreign language is an advantage

- •Establish standards, KPIs, and best practices for transformation governance
- •Lead and develop a high-performing team of experts
- •Contribute to the strategic IT roadmap as part of the leadership team
