Anforderungen
- •3–5+ years in cash & carry, basis, funding capture in crypto or related role in TradFi
- •Demonstrated PnL attribution for delta-neutral book and clear risk framework
- •Fluency in crypto market microstructure and funding mechanics
- •Hands-on Python for analysis and automation; comfort with exchange APIs/WebSockets/FIX
- •Operational discipline in reconciliations, NAV/PnL checks, custody/wallet operations
- •Crisp writing, structured thinking, and ability to drive decisions across risk, engineering, and operations
- •Comfort operating at intersection of CeFi and DeFi
- •Experience integrating staked ETH yield into basis construction
- •Prior work designing or managing vault strategies on DeFi infrastructure
- •Prior work with tokenized funds or multi-chain issuance registries
- •Relationships with regulated primes/custodians and history launching institutional-grade strategies

Deine Aufgaben
- •Own the basis book by defining trade selection, sizing, and guardrails while maintaining near-zero net delta.
- •Choose optimal hedges, including dated futures, perps, and forwards, while managing term structure, rolls, and funding-rate regimes.
- •Execute trades across various venues, including CME and major CEX/DEX, while managing routing, slippage control, and incident playbooks.
- •Optimize collateral and financing across USD, stablecoins, and liquid RWAs, balancing yield, haircuts, and liquidity.
- •Define strategy parameters and risk inputs for delta-neutral vaults on decentralized infrastructure, converting internal strategies into on-chain products.
- •Collaborate with engineering to specify vault logic, allocation rules, rebalancing cadence, fee structures, and risk limits.
- •Monitor vault health by tracking TVL, utilization, yield against targets, model deviations, and interactions between on-chain and off-chain hedging.
- •Establish and maintain controls for real-time delta tracking, margin buffers, kill switches, circuit breakers, and alerting for 24/7 markets.
- •Quantify performance through daily PnL analysis, stress tests, capacity analysis, and vault-level risk reporting.
- •Coordinate with engineering, risk, operations, legal/compliance, custody/prime partners, and vault infrastructure partners while maintaining documented runbooks.
