Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and execute the business strategy for the Chemicals BU in EMEA & Central Asia
- •Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews
- •Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and managing key accounts
- •Manage budgets and financial performance, including profitability monitoring and credit management
- •Oversee daily operations, optimizing organizational structures and processes for efficiency
- •Monitor performance KPIs and report regularly to management in Europe and globally
- •Collaborate across functions and contribute to company-wide initiatives
- •Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities in key sectors
- •Supervise marketing activities and manage the team leader for marketing strategy
