Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the Tax Department with five employees
- •Ensure compliance with VAT, company tax, withholding tax, and transfer pricing regulations
- •Assist Group Accounting and Tax Accounting in preparing financial statements and audits
- •Participate in the annual audit process, focusing on tax-related questions
- •Provide tax-related guidance to IONOS Business IT and define tax standards
- •Maintain and enhance the Tax Compliance Management System with United Internet Tax Department
- •Continuously improve tax processes to meet business needs and leverage technological changes
- •Develop a roadmap for integrating subsidiaries and newly acquired entities into standard tax processes
- •Support the implementation and enhancement of the ERP system from a tax perspective
- •Establish and refine relevant Tax KPIs for the boards
- •Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee decentralized dialogues to identify new requirements
