As well as the steering of the team of system engineers who are responsible for sustaining products in the field. * Leadership and management of all system engineers * Oversee all NPI and sustaining program executions, participate in PCB reviews and approve engineering documentation * Align with internal and external stakeholders * Coordinate resource allocation of the system engineering team in alignment with PMO office and adapt based on priorities * Support in customer meetings ## QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: * MSc with professional experience in engineering field * Several years of leadership experience in an industry environment * 5 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary design program of complex system with high technology content products * Excellent attention to system design objectives and impacts to their design and production implementation * Very good knowledge of system engineering as a discipline and system thinking skills * Good knowledge of requirements writing and management * Good understanding of configuration control and PLM * Ability to take responsibility and make decisions in difficult situations * Ability to motivate and drive people * Ability to identify knowledge gaps and trainings needs to develop the team * Ability to withstand high-pressure situations * Problem solving ‘can do’ attitude ## YOUR NEW WORKPLACE: We offer you a versatile and responsible scope of duties in a global business.
