- •Own the Global Process Strategy for P2DP and MP2C value chains
- •Harmonize processes and metrics across various functions
- •Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement
- •Sustain and optimize global business processes using digital platforms
- •Ensure process adherence post-deployment
- •Lead change management to embed new standards globally
- •Own strategy for Right First Time data and Product Configuration Management
- •Direct Right First Time Artwork creation and approval
- •Strengthen Product Configuration Management maturity and data accuracy
- •Provide transformational leadership for a global team
- •Cultivate a resilient and collaborative culture
- •Resolve complex, cross-functional supply chain challenges
