- •Plan and execute POS display campaigns on time
- •Collaborate with Sales and Product Development for demand planning
- •Coordinate transport and logistics with external service providers
- •Ensure delivery deadlines and manage inventory
- •Analyze promotion mechanics, including ROI and sell-out rates
- •Manage the entire process from billboard to reorders
- •Design and optimize end-to-end processes
- •Develop and maintain international supplier networks
- •Implement process and system optimizations using SAP B1 and BI tools
- •Enhance forecasting and inventory strategies for B2B and DTC channels
- •Support internationalization and expansion projects
- •Lead and develop a three-person Supply Chain team
- •Oversee team goals, KPIs, and performance
- •Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development
- •Manage contracts and negotiations with suppliers and freight forwarders
