**Job Description Summary**
The Head of Strategy and Operations is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our organization, with operational oversight.
**Job Description**
**Major accountabilities:**
* Provide support on strategic regional projects, including project-shaping (together with key functions involved), problem structuring, data gathering and problem solving, developing, and communicating clear and actionable recommendations
* Drive business operations activities e.g., WEC and Leadership Team meetings preparation
* Lead Launch readiness review (Strategy, Resourcing, Allocation, discussions)
* Provide continuous support to the Country President on an ad-hoc basis (e.g., business reviews, regional requests, etc.) in strong coordination with the functions
* Enables efficient decision making, organizes and prioritizes critical issues and requires information for the leader to facilitate efficient decision making
* Coordinates / co-leads the yearly Strategic Planning in close coordination with country leadership teams and Finance
* Provides support / coaches the newly appointed members of the International European Leadership Team to facilitate their onboarding
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Advanced university degree in business, finance, statistics, economics, or related degree
* Experience in multiple functions is an asset
* Experience in successful brand launches
* Consulting background is strongly preferred
* Experience (7-10 years) in industry (e.g., in strategic planning, finance and/or M&S)
* Excellent project management skills
* Excellent analytical skills (problem structuring and problem solving), able to handle complex analyses
* Excellent communication skills
