# Head of Strategy & Operations, temporary position (f/m/d), Vienna, Austria **Vienna** | **Full time** **Band** Level 5 **Job Description Summary** The Head of Strategy and Operations is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our organization, with operational oversight. **Job Description** **Major accountabilities:** * Provide support on strategic regional projects, including project-shaping (together with key functions involved), problem structuring, data gathering and problem solving, developing, and communicating clear and actionable recommendations * Drive business operations activities e.g., WEC and Leadership Team meetings preparation * Lead Launch readiness review (Strategy, Resourcing, Allocation, discussions) * Provide continuous support to the Country President on an ad-hoc basis (e.g., business reviews, regional requests, etc.) in strong coordination with the functions * Enables efficient decision making, organizes and prioritizes critical issues and requires information for the leader to facilitate efficient decision making * Coordinates / co-leads the yearly Strategic Planning in close coordination with country leadership teams and Finance * Provides support / coaches the newly appointed members of the International European Leadership Team to facilitate their onboarding **Minimum Requirements:** * Advanced university degree in business, finance, statistics, economics, or related degree * Experience in multiple functions is an asset * Experience in successful brand launches * Consulting background is strongly preferred * Experience (7-10 years) in industry (e.g., in strategic planning, finance and/or M&S) * Excellent project management skills * Excellent analytical skills (problem structuring and problem solving), able to handle complex analyses * Excellent communication skills * Outstanding flexibility, adaptability, and sense of client service * Good understanding of market research methods and processes **Skills Desired** Building Construction, Business Development, Business Networking, Business Partners, Business Strategy, Collaboration, Corporate Development, Curiosity, Decision Tree (Forecasting Model), Diversity & Inclusion, Finance, Go-To-Market Strategy, Influencing Skills, Key Account Management, Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, Management Consulting, PMP (Project Management Professional), Strategic Planning, Transformation Programs
