  • •Drive regional growth and ensure profitability for the Corn and Sunflower business
  • •Steer the portfolio lifecycle by integrating country-specific knowledge with breeding goals
  • •Collaborate with the Regional Commercial Team and Heads of Regions for collective growth
  • •Align with the Regional Commercial Team to achieve sales, budget, and profit targets
  • •Develop and implement country-specific sales and marketing strategies
  • •Act as the liaison between the Regional Commercial Team and specific countries for cross-crop activities
