Deine Aufgaben

•Collaborate with the Chief Digital Technology Officer and leadership teams to translate Roche strategies into RDT initiatives
•Align with senior leaders to shape the RDT digital and technology strategy
•Identify opportunities to influence Roche's operational environment using market insights
•Drive the investment governance process, evaluating business initiatives and prioritizing investments
•Establish a governance framework for efficient resource allocation and project prioritization
•Develop and implement the outsourcing, location, and internal workforce strategy for RDT
•Lead cross-functional projects from investment approval to delivery, ensuring collaboration and customer satisfaction
•Plan and deliver digital and technology solutions on a global scale
•Track value delivery from strategic projects and recommend actions in collaboration with the Office of the CDTO
•Assess technology capabilities with business leaders and architecture teams, recommending investment areas
