Head of Radar Algorithmic Software - Executive(m/w/x)

## Job Description Your tasks include the following responsibilities: * **Strategic Leadership:** Developing and implementing the overall strategy for radar-based ADAS software solutions, aligning with company goals and industry trends * **Technical Leadership:** Leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced radar software, ensuring high performance and reliability * **Organizational Setup:** Building and structuring the software development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment * Driving innovation and continuous improvement for our radar products * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations * Mentoring and developing team members The position can be staffed in different locations within Germany. ## Qualifications * Academic Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification * Proven long-term experience in software development for radar and ADAS systems * Strong leadership and team management skills * In-depth knowledge of radar technology and its applications in ADAS * Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB * Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills desirable * Experience with software development tools and methodologies * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome. ## Additional Information What we offer: * Our products save lives.
