# Responsibilities:
* Technical and disciplinary management of the quality management department, including the quality engineers responsible for the production areas, to ensure quality assurance in production
* Communicating with customers to align manufacturing capabilities with customer requirements
* Promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
* Helping to shape and monitor strategic quality objectives
* Conducting internal and external audits (e.g. at suppliers and other FST locations)
* Advising development, product marketing and sales to ensure quality in the development phase
* Reporting to the management
# Qualifications:
* Completed technical studies with relevant professional experience
* Experience in quality management and quality assurance
* Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, ideally in the elastomer or automotive supply industry
* Knowledge of common quality techniques, statistical methods, quality standards and problem-solving techniques such as Six Sigma
* Very good knowledge of IATF 16949 and other relevant quality standards
* Experience in personnel management is an advantage
