Anforderungen

  • •Master’s degree in operations, manufacturing, management, or engineering
  • •20+ years in operations, quality, and continuous improvement
  • •10+ years leading global teams in multinational organizations
  • •Expertise in digital solutions (SAP S/4HANA, AI, data governance)
  • •Project management methodologies/tools expertise
  • •Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen
  • •Driving business transformation initiatives
  • •Strong ability to manage multiple projects
  • •Adaptability to changing priorities
  • •Ability to work across geographically dispersed, multicultural teams
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • •Fluency in English
  • •German language skills are a plus
  • •Knowledge of the energy industry

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Develop and maintain a digital roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • •Define governance processes for digital tools
  • •Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards
  • •Research and evaluate digital solutions to address business challenges
  • •Select and deploy digital platforms to automate processes
  • •Enhance data-driven decision-making through appropriate tools
  • •Ensure consistency and interoperability of tools across the QCI function
  • •Maintain a global inventory of QCI digital tools
  • •Harmonize and standardize tool usage across business units
  • •Oversee the lifecycle of digital tools, including upgrades and replacements
  • •Develop training programs and documentation for effective tool utilization
  • •Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms for digital solutions
  • •Monitor performance through dashboards and analytics
  • •Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols and data privacy regulations
  • •Act as the point of contact for IT and Cybersecurity teams
