Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary Medicine, Engineering) or PhD
- •Long-term operational experience in pharmaceutical and vaccine/biotechnology quality
- •Extensive knowledge of international regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA/EU/WHO GMP)
- •Experience in international team and matrix environment
- •Competence to provide functional leadership and develop people
- •Inquisitive and creative personality
- •Excellent command of English; German and/or French skills advantageous
- •Willingness to travel (about 20-25% of working time)

- •Ensure quality oversight for manufacturing sites
- •Coach and support site Quality teams
- •Maintain inspection readiness and resolve issues

- •Ensure compliance with international regulations and BI Quality standards
- •Contribute to the Animal Health Global Quality Leadership team
- •Identify risks and drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
