# Head of Projects Logistics Germany (m/f/d)
For our Location in Hamburg or Bremen we are looking for a **Head of Project Logistics DECH (m/f/d)** to start as soon as possible.
**YOUR FUTHER ROLL:**
* Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies for large-scale, multi-phase projects
* Lead, manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals
* Identify, qualify an negotiate with logistics service providers and vendors
* Maintenance and expansion of the Germany-wide customer base
* Monitor logistics KPIs, budgets and services levels, take corrective action meet cost and performance targets
* Ensure compliance with international and domestic regulations, including, import/export laws and safety standards.
* Implement risk management strategies to address delays, damages and force majeure events

* Degree in logistics, business or equivalent.
* 10 years + of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focuses on project logistics.
* Proven track record in development and implementation of business strategies experience of working in multi-cultural teams and across borders.
