Anforderungen

•Completed university degree (Master’s or Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
•Extensive experience in building technology, ideally in technical and strategic product management roles
•Essential KNX knowledge and ability to translate technology into innovative solutions
•Proven experience in product creation and lifecycle management from concept to market launch
•Demonstrated leadership in global, cross-functional environments
•Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
•Flexibility to travel internationally

•Act as the key interface between customers, sales, operations, and development teams
•Build and inspire a high-performing global KNX Product Management team
