•Several years of professional experience in product management within the food, FMCG, or nutrition segment
•Strong sense for trends, brand management, and consumer needs
•Experience in project management, product development, and market launches

•Communicative leadership personality with a hands-on mentality and team spirit

•Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to market launch and optimization
•Define assortment strategy, price positioning, and margin development
•Lead, motivate, and develop the Product Management team
•Collaborate closely with external partners, suppliers, and production sites
