Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field
- •Additional certifications in Business Process Management, Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), or Project Management
- •Proven experience in leading PLM and ALM initiatives within a global technology company or building infrastructure environment
- •Ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes
- •Strong grasp of DevOps principles and software delivery excellence
- •Demonstrated success in driving strategic transformation initiatives in a complex cross-functional environment
- •Track record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
- •Strong cost management skills, with a focus on transparency and adherence to budget
- •Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- •Proactive, resilient, and committed to continuous learning
- •Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, IBM JAZZ, M365 Suite incl. Copilot)
- •Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
