Head of Process Management Finance(m/w/x)

To strengthen our team in **Bergheim** (Salzburg) we are looking for a Head of Process Management Finance (f/m/d). The main task of the Finance process organization is the continuous improvement of financial processes across all operational transactions within the PALFINGER Group. In coordination with the interdisciplinary process organization, you will ensure the further development of financial processes in the PALFINGER Group, including the initiation and implementation of automation and digitization projects, roll-outs of the target process including SAP/HANA, as well as the management of transformation processes in the Shared Service Center. \_\_\_\_\_ ## Your responsibilities * Further development of the target operating model in finance together with the management team in Accounting & Tax, Controlling and Treasury * Further development of financial processes in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, primarily through standardization and automation as well as bundling processes at Group, country or shared service center level * Creating and maintaining the process map of financial processes and identifying potential for improvement * Development and implementation responsibility for the project portfolio * Implementation responsibility for finance transformation, for example when transferring processes from local units to the shared service center or automation initiatives \_\_\_\_\_ ## Your qualifications * At least 5 years of management experience in controlling or accounting or a leading position in a management consultancy/audit firm * Experience in process definition and documentation, fit-gap analysis, as well as experience with finance transformation processes in the area of automation and shared service centers * Good understanding of end-to-end processes and interfaces to other areas and the internal control system * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP ECC FI/CO, or roll-out projects is an advantage * High affinity for structures, communication and persuasion skills, self-confident appearance * Excellent knowledge of English and German \_\_\_\_\_ ## What we offer * Life balance through flexible working hours and individual freedom of design * Performance-related remuneration * Professional and personal development opportunities in an international company * Voluntary social benefits through our company health management program PALfit * Job ticket The minimum gross wage according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.432,36 per year.
