Anforderungen

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in process engineering
  • •Ability to build and lead diverse engineering teams
  • •Experience defining high-volume hardware manufacturing processes
  • •Expertise in DFM, FMEA, Gage R&R, DOE, SPC, CPK, and statistical modelling techniques
  • •Experience in cleanroom environments
  • •Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and planning skills
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • •Business fluency in English; German is an advantage

  • •Translate requirements into robust and efficient processes
  • •Use data analytics and statistical process control for decision-making
  • •Guide continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Develop and implement a process technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs
