As the Head of Plant Quality Assurance, you will lead a dedicated team to enhance product and process quality, ensure compliance with industry standards, manage budgets, and foster supplier relationships.

Anforderungen

• •Several years of relevant professional experience in production, production planning, or quality
• •Knowledge of welding processes
• •Sound knowledge of Q-methods and auditing
• •Knowledge of quality and production processes, occupational safety, and environmental protection
• •Strong management and communication skills
• •Hands-on strengths in change management
• •Confident English skills (verbal & written)
