- •Several years of relevant professional experience in production, production planning, or quality
- •Knowledge of welding processes
- •Sound knowledge of Q-methods and auditing
- •Knowledge of quality and production processes, occupational safety, and environmental protection
- •Strong management and communication skills
- •Hands-on strengths in change management
- •Confident English skills (verbal & written)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the quality assurance team at the Bergheim site
- •Optimize quality assurance for existing production processes
- •Plan quality for new product launches
- •Enhance quality with suppliers
- •Apply Group-wide standardized IMS system processes and methods
- •Implement Standard Production Quality Management (SPQM) and its KPIs
- •Manage problem-solving processes for daily KPI-based production quality
- •Oversee stakeholder management
- •Establish and secure the standard quality assurance organization
- •Develop the team and manage the quality budget (Opex, Capex, cost center)
- •Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
