- •Partner with the Austria and CEE leadership team
- •Translate business requirements into strategic people imperatives
- •Advise the CxO on organizational processes and priorities
- •Make data-driven decisions using relevant technologies
- •Lead the regional P&O value chain and shared services
- •Ensure compliance with labor laws and Siemens governance
- •Collaborate with GBS to drive strategic digitalization
- •Manage relationships with Workers Councils and Labor Unions
- •Execute organizational strategies to support business transformation
- •Advocate for local needs within the global ecosystem
- •Lead special projects and transformation initiatives
- •Coach and mentor senior executives
- •Build diverse talent pipelines for critical roles
- •Maintain up-to-date succession plans
- •Foster a psychologically safe and empowering work culture
- •Promote learning and internal mobility initiatives
- •Position the company externally as an employer of choice
- •Represent the company to authorities and professional networks
