- •8–10+ years Payments experience in global merchant, SaaS, or digital business
- •Deep understanding of full payments lifecycle
- •Knowledge of global payment methods and subscription billing
- •Experience leading payment product strategy and multi-PSP architectures
- •Ability to partner with Engineering on APIs and platform design
- •Understanding of payments economics and cost structures
- •Experience owning payment KPIs and data-driven decision making
- •Leadership experience in building and scaling teams
- •Excellent stakeholder management and executive influence skills
