- •Experience in systematic improvement work in offshore wind
- •Experience with Production System development and lean principles
- •University degree in business, renewable energy, engineering, project management, or equivalent
- •Several years of relevant working experience
- •Thorough understanding of the renewables business and its drivers
- •Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly

- •Advanced structured problem-solving capabilities

- •Drive performance improvements across operations portfolio
- •Set up and own the Offshore Production System
- •Identify improvement potentials through diagnostics

- •Support implementation of improvement initiatives with your team
- •Oversee Data & Performance Analysis functions
- •Manage Works Management Processes and central Maintenance Optimization
- •Establish and enhance the Performance Management System
- •Provide accurate and insightful regular reporting
- •Standardize core works management processes
- •Align digitization efforts with the Digitization Roadmap for Operations
- •Lead fleet-wide initiatives to optimize maintenance routines and frequencies
