## Head of OEM Stationary Business Development
***Job Purpose***
This role helps us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Serves as a point of contact between A-Gas and our customers and prospects and is responsible for identifying and educating prospective customers. Helps us achieve our European commercial goals.
***Reports to***
European Commercial Director
***Principal Place of Work***
Remote/Home-Based in Germany, Italy or the Netherlands with regular travel to customer sites/offices and A-Gas Europe sites.
**As our new Head of Sales, you will be the driving force behind:**
* Meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
* Manage and develop the Stationary OEM sales channel across the European region with full P&L responsibility.
* Own the sales relationship with existing OEM and develop refrigerant product portfolio (increase share of wallet)
* Develop retention strategy for incumbent business.
## Requirements
Essential
* Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
* Experience in selling products into the heat pumps and chillers industry
* A strong network of professional contacts within the HVAC industry
* Experience in selling products within a technical field
* Experience of building long-term business partnerships
* Experience in owning P&L for a sales channel
* A proactive ‘sales hunter’ mentality and target-driven approach
* Excellent communication skills and fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel across Europe
