Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, Mining, or closely related technical discipline
- •Minimum 15 years’ experience overseeing warehouse and logistics operations
- •Proven leadership capability managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- •Strong analytical and data-driven skill set
- •Deep understanding of metals warehousing and logistics chains
- •Fluency in English and Spanish
- •Strong leadership and influencing skills
- •Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- •Excellent commercial acumen
- •Proven ability to manage and optimise warehouse and logistics operations
- •Significant hands-on experience operating in Latin America
- •Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Ability to lead change and resolve conflicts
