Anforderungen
- •University degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Law or equivalent and/or Swiss Banking education with further professional education
- •10+ years of experience in Swiss mortgage advisory and complex real estate financing
- •Professional background in private banking, wealth management, or Swiss universal bank
- •Deep technical knowledge of Swiss mortgage products and real estate market specifics
- •Profound experience in digital and process optimization, including mortgage tools and CRM systems
- •Strong understanding of FINMA regulations and risk frameworks
- •Demonstrated strengths in client and senior stakeholder management
- •Successful track record in strategic leadership and business development
- •Fluency in German and English; French and/or Italian highly advantageous

- •Ensure adherence to credit policies and risk standards
- •Oversee assessment and structuring of complex financing solutions
- •Prepare and deliver credit requests to Credit Risk and Credit Committee
- •Promote best practices in affordability analysis and collateral valuations
- •Engage with (U)HNWI clients to deliver tailored mortgage solutions
- •Collaborate with private banking and real estate experts for client coverage
- •Represent the mortgage advisory function in client meetings and pitches
- •Shape and execute the client and product strategy for mortgage financing
- •Identify opportunities to enhance client value and operational efficiency
- •Act as a senior partner to the Head of Real Estate and leadership teams
- •Lead and develop a high-performing team of mortgage advisors
- •Foster a culture of collaboration and client-centricity
- •Strengthen advisory capabilities through coaching and skill development
- •Support implementation of digital tools and process automation
- •Ensure high-quality advisory processes across all regions
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and delivery
- •Report to the Head of Real Estate within Region Western Markets & Switzerland
- •Represent the mortgage advisory function in internal committees
- •Provide business insights and risk assessments to senior management
