## Job Description Effective marketing is the cornerstone of how our business succeeds, efficiently driving high volumes of quality traffic to our platform. Our MarTech stack is incredibly sophisticated and challenging, with real potential to drive the growth of our business. The Marketing Analytics team work closely with all our channel teams, providers and vendors to ensure the highest level of ROI possible for our marketing campaigns. Whether it be in managing providers, ensuring our costs and revenue are accurately allocated, tracking marketing efficiency, or running experiments, you will be leading a team of superb Marketing Analytics professionals, and working closely with world class vendors and partners. You will be joining at a very exciting time for Omio, as we expand from our European base and open up new routes across south-east Asia and the Americas (currently 3,500 carriers across Bus, Train, Flights and Ferries), while significantly growing our global user base (15M unique visitors per month). Your main responsibilities are to lead a team across the following areas: * Work closely with the CMO and channel leads in setting the future direction of all Marketing activity. * Make a significant contribution to budget allocations across all channels. * Ensure full tracking integration with marketing platforms, maximising value by keeping up with all technology improvements from our partners and in the wider MarTech space. * Lead on vendor selection and maintain vendor relationships. * Provide robust, high-quality views on cost- and revenue-allocation across channels, leading to a clear understanding of ROI at the campaign level. * Track and report on campaign/channel performance for a range of audiences (senior leadership, channel heads, etc) * At Omio we work really closely with Product and Tech to develop a full funnel approach for customer acquisition, so your responsibility will also include the analytical support for the end to end acquisition funnel in web and apps. ## Qualifications * **Required that you have:** * Leadership & Team Development: Extensive experience leading teams of Marketing Analysts in a complex, high-spend, multi-channel environment, with a strong track record of career development and mentorship. * Budget & Vendor Management: Proven ability to set and track marketing budgets, manage vendor relationships, and lead contract negotiations. * MarTech Expertise: Deep knowledge and passion for the MarTech industry, including vendors, providers, and innovative approaches. * Experience of running different types of experimentation, both within marketing campaigns and product development. * Data & Cloud Proficiency: Strong understanding of the Modern Data Stack, cloud architecture, and services—specifically on GCP—with expertise across the entire data stack, various models, and high-volume data systems. * Data Analytics & Modelling: Experienced in handling large datasets, applying different data modelling paradigms, and understanding the trade-offs involved in selecting models. Expert in SQL and other analytical languages (e.g., R/Python). * Change Management: Skilled in leading non-technical and semi-technical teams through complex change processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption. * Solution-Oriented Mindset: Passionate about working with numbers, with excellent analytical skills and a bias toward action and problem-solving. * Fluent in English; additional languages are valued at Omio. * **Desirable if you have:** * GA4, Adjust, Braze, GCP * Experience in a high-volume B2C business * Travel industry experience * University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field; 7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce ## Additional Information **What’s in it for you? #LifeAtOmio** * Have an impact.
