**Your Responsibilities:**
**Leadership:**
* Lead and develop the MS&T department cultivating a culture of scientific and operational excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation
**Technology Transfers:**
* Manage the implementation of new products and technologies, oversee technology transfers, and take ownership of transfer plans and reports
**Process Optimization:**
* Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes with an emphasis on quality, robustness and costs
**cGMP Compliance**:
* Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements
**Innovation:**
* Introduce and implement cutting-edge technologies and methods to elevate our manufacturing capabilities
**Analysis & Troubleshooting:**
* Conduct root cause analyses with your team and develop sustainable solutions for deviations and changes.
**Your Profile:**
**Technical Expertise:**
* Degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control (CMC), process development , HA inspections and validation. Extensive experience in developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes in a cGMP-regulated biotech or clinical production environment.
**Proven Experience:**
* xtensive experience (10+ years ) and demonstrated success in technology transfers, process optimization, and quality management , including experience in regulatory submissions for manufacturing and process development sections
R**egulatory Know-How**:
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with cGMP compliance and regulatory requirements
**Analytical Skills:**
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities for technical and strategic challenges
**Leadership Skills**:
* Passion for leading teams, empowering employees, and fostering professional growth and extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
