With your strategic vision, you’ll drive the competitiveness and innovation of our organization. **Your Responsibilities:** **Leadership:** * Lead and develop the MS&T department cultivating a culture of scientific and operational excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation **Technology Transfers:** * Manage the implementation of new products and technologies, oversee technology transfers, and take ownership of transfer plans and reports **Process Optimization:** * Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes with an emphasis on quality, robustness and costs **cGMP Compliance**: * Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements **Innovation:** * Introduce and implement cutting-edge technologies and methods to elevate our manufacturing capabilities **Analysis & Troubleshooting:** * Conduct root cause analyses with your team and develop sustainable solutions for deviations and changes. **Your Profile:** **Technical Expertise:** * Degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control (CMC), process development , HA inspections and validation.
