•Build and optimize the European logistics network
•Develop network strategies for FMCG supply and 3PL management
•Ensure compliance in customs, export, and shipping documentation
•Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations
•Manage goods flows from production to the end customer
•Select and monitor international logistics service providers
•Monitor delivery reliability and manage escalations for deviations
•Coordinate retail business focusing on volume management and distribution optimization
•Develop and analyze KPI dashboards for costs and delivery reliability
•Oversee budget, efficiency programs, and process improvements
•Lead and motivate the logistics team
•Work closely with international partners
•Represent the logistics department in strategic projects
