##### Your mission
* Lead and develop the Live Experience Team, overseeing all off-track events, activations experiences for the Audi F1 project
* Develop creative concepts, plan and execute world-class live experiences, including launch events, networking events, driving experiences, media events, partner activations, signature events, fan engagements and exclusive hospitality events outside the track.
* Create and implement premium guest engagement experiences and guest journeys, ensuring seamless and high-end activation at every touchpoint
* Create innovative experience concepts that integrate brand storytelling, digital engagement and interactive activations
* Plan and manage end-to-end event production, including concept development, venue selection, guest management, on-site execution, content, hospitality & catering, digital integration, logistics and supplier coordination
* Oversee operational execution, ensuring seamless guest experiences, from registration and arrival to on-site engagement and program, catering and post-event follow-up
* Define and uphold brand and service standards, ensuring Audi F1 identity
* Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain high guest satisfaction
* Develop and implement standard operational processes and procedures
* Continuously analyze performance, refine processes and drive operational improvements
* Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest execution standards
* Manage budgeting, cost control and financial planning
* Ensure cross-functional collaboration and project management with internal stakeholders and external agencies

##### Your profile
* 8+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing or live brand activations (preferably in premium sports, motorsports or entertainment)
* Proven ability to creatively develop and execute large-scale live experiences, ensuring seamless guest engagement and high-end brand representation
* Strong leadership, team and project management skills, with experience coordinating internal teams, agencies and external partners
* Expertise in guest experience design, fan engagement and guest and VIP activations
* Solid understanding of event logistics, production and operations
* Pro-active problem-solver with ability to adapt to high-pressure, face-paced environments
* Strong service mindset, ensuring outstanding experiences
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, along with experience in premium brand environments and engagement dynamics
* Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
