•5+ years of experience in a related field
•At least 2 years focusing on Lean principles
•2+ years of experience in managing teams
•Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
•Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
•Deep knowledge of Lean methodologies
•Experience with Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma
•Strong digital capabilities with ERP systems
