- •Lead and develop the IT team
- •Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with company goals
- •Oversee support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, VPN, and Windows/Linux server environments
- •Ensure stable and secure operation of all IT systems and endpoints
- •Maintain and improve server infrastructure, storage, and virtualization platforms (Proxmox)
- •Operate hybrid environments using Active Directory and Azure
- •Manage Layer 2/3 networking, VPNs, and firewalls
- •Strengthen cybersecurity and incident response processes
- •Implement and maintain NIS2-aligned policies and controls
- •Drive digitalization of enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, and related platforms)
- •Support integration and automation across engineering and production
- •Deliver IT projects on time and within budget
- •Manage IT procurement, assets, and inventory
- •Travel regularly to the UK
