•ITIL Foundation V3 certification highly appreciated
•ITIL Intermediate or Lifecycle certification highly appreciated

•Significant experience as IT Operations Manager or comparable
•Strong experience in storage and virtualization technologies
•Background as IT System administrator (Cisco, HP, Windows, VMware, NetApp) required

•Ensure effective delivery of IT Infrastructure Services
•Manage and motivate IT Operations crews
•Oversee cost effectiveness of the EUDC Infrastructure
•Apply defined processes like Incident Management and Change Management
•Drive innovation processes within the team
•Introduce and ensure understanding of new processes
•Directly manage the EUDC Platform and operating crews
•Maintain all components serving the EUDC platform
•Monitor capacity and availability of IT Infrastructure Services
•Implement changes to IT Infrastructure Services smoothly and controlled
