# Head of IT Customer Relationship Management (f/m/d)
As Head of IT CRM, you will ensure IT practices comply with global standards and legal requirements, oversee global IT frontend services, and align IT strategy with business goals by managing relationships with key stakeholders and acting as an interface between business and backend services.
## Your Responsibilities
* Ensure that IT practices and systems comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
* Account for areas of the global IT’s frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals.
* Act as interface between business and backend services, with a focus on HR and ERP-systems.
* Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically following the COBIT processes, guidelines and architecture.
## Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field or 10 years’ experience in an IT Leadership role, driving digital transformation, managing IT service operations and performance.
* Experience in leading IT teams and managing IT projects, ideally in an international or multicultural environment and executing IT strategies, both at a local and global level.
* Strong leadership qualities, including team management, conflict resolution, and talent development.
* Excellent communication with various stakeholders, from technical teams to top management.
* Understanding of IT, HR- and ERP-systems, ITIL- and COBIT framework.
