Anforderungen
- •7-10 years experience in IT, IT risk, cybersecurity, or audit
- •Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Computer Science, or similar field
- •Proven leadership experience leading and mentoring IT auditors
- •Experience in auditing techniques (ToD and ToE)
- •Familiarity with COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and NIST
- •Technical competency in core banking and cloud infrastructures
- •Experience with regulator interactions and board-level reporting
- •Understanding of threats, incident management, and encryption
- •Ability to align IT audit plans with risk appetite
- •Familiarity with outsourcing and vendor risk management
- •Strong grasp of EBA, MaRisk, and ECB guidelines
- •Good understanding of audit software and tools
- •Comfort operating in fast-paced fintech environments
- •Fluent German and English communication skills
- •CISA or CISSP certifications (nice to have)

- •Lead the group-level IT Audit function
- •Develop and execute risk-based audit plans
- •Represent the department to regulators and stakeholders
- •Provide disciplinary leadership and team coaching
- •Manage staffing and capacity planning
- •Improve IT audit methodologies and processes
- •Monitor audits at group and entity levels
- •Oversee external IT audit service providers
- •Ensure quality assurance for audit workpapers
- •Conduct independent IT audits and draft reports
- •Review internal control systems and IT efficiency
- •Follow up on internal and external findings
- •Collaborate across IT, Risk, and Compliance functions
- •Translate complex risks into actionable board insights
