Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- •7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
- •Strong expertise in P&L management, CAPEX evaluation, and financial modeling
- •Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- •Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI)
- •Strategic thinker with strong business acumen

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee financial planning and analysis for global production and supply chain operations
- •Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes
- •Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- •Conduct long-range planning and strategic scenario modeling
- •Collaborate with ISCO Finance teams for seamless financial reporting
- •Prepare and analyze regular financial reports and operational dashboards
- •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends
- •Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- •Drive end-to-end ownership of P&L performance for production and supply chain activities
- •Evaluate and track capital expenditures (CAPEX)
- •Ensure business cases align with strategic priorities and ROI goals
- •Support business goals in collaboration with ISCO Finance functions
- •Mentor and develop a team of Senior Analysts and Finance Project Managers
- •Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and collaboration
- •Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- •Partner with internal audit and external auditors as needed
