Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or comparable field with strong financial focus
- •Several years of relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Corporate Banking/Equity Capital Markets ideally within publicly listed company
- •Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting and capital market principles, processes, and regulatory requirements
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and verbal
- •High level of self-motivation, independence and sense of responsibility
- •Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse stakeholders
- •Resilience, reliability and professionalism under high workload and tight deadlines
- •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, flexibility regarding working hours during key capital market events

- •Develop and execute the Investor Relations strategy
- •Evolve the company’s Equity Story
- •Prepare analyst presentations and coordinate capital-market reports
- •Plan and deliver capital market events like roadshows and earnings calls
- •Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and analysts
- •Monitor and analyze market developments and peer performance
- •Provide market insights and recommendations to the Executive Board
- •Advise senior management on capital market matters
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements
