Head of Investor Relations(m/w/x)

In this role, you will shape the Investor Relations strategy while engaging with institutional investors and analysts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing key presentations, coordinating market events, and providing insights to guide executive decisions.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or comparable field with strong financial focus
• •Several years of relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Corporate Banking/Equity Capital Markets ideally within publicly listed company
• •Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting and capital market principles, processes, and regulatory requirements
• •Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and verbal
• •High level of self-motivation, independence and sense of responsibility
• •Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse stakeholders
• •Resilience, reliability and professionalism under high workload and tight deadlines
• •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, flexibility regarding working hours during key capital market events
