About the job
Join our dynamic Technology leadership team as the Head of Innovation. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for steering our global technical innovation portfolio, focusing on pioneering advancements beyond our core business. You will play a crucial part in the development of a cross-functional innovation hub, working closely with various departments and external networks to drive groundbreaking projects from conception to market launch.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Head of Technology & Innovation, leading complex initiatives and partnering with Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development to align in innovation and deliver innovative solutions beyond the core-business
- Lead and initiate projects with a strong innovative character, ensuring their successful execution and transition to marketing and sales.
- Plan and develop strategies for forward innovation, extending beyond the core business.
- Collaborate with internal networks and external partners, including companies, start-ups, and academic institutes, to establish and operate in the innovation environment and strive for high subsidies for innovation projects
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree in Innovation Management, Marketing, ideally combined with a technical/scientific background
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency, along with strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Proven experience in managing innovation projects end-to-end.
- Team orientation and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- An innovative and creative approach whenever possible, coupled with a can-do attitude.
